Some things I understood so far // PART 3

As every year, on my birthday, I write notes about the things I’ve learned over the past year. Not all, of course, but the most concise.

It was a year of great changes. I left Germany and deregistered. I live completely from my own business and made 6-figures for the first time (and we only have month 5). I have started channeling & have had many moments of profound ecstasy through my body alone. Now for the notes:

If you don’t want to walk through life with an applied handbrake — deal with your resistance before you do anything else.

Being alive is being part of the most intelligent game ever created.

Your boundaries are welcomed by those who have strong and healthy boundaries of their own.

You don’t upgrade your outer world. You upgrade your inner world & the outer world will follow.

There is a space between right & wrong, between good and bad. That’s the place to be.

That what keeps you safe often keeps you from experiencing your real capacities and creativitiy.

Look around. Look at the people you are surrounded by. It tells you everything about yourself.

If your gut tells you something, be still and listen. Your body is much more intelligent than your mind. The mind only knows that which is in the past.

Just because something seems right to most of the people, it doesn’t mean that it is right for you.

Sometimes you have to leave those who are not in alignment with who you are in order to meet those who are.

In order to really live you have to become empty. The more empty you are of yourself, the more space you have for everything that is apart from your ego.

What is keeping us from experiencing life fully is our inner resistance & our expectations — again: become empty!

There is nothing to fear if you are innocent. Innocent doesn’t mean that you are perfect (to what standard anyways) but to move with truth & open heart instead of being strategic all the time.

Explore your dark side, your primal side. You will find treasures there.

I LOVE LIFE. I LOVE NATURE. I LOVE PEOPE. I LOVE MYSELF. I LOVE MY BODY. I LOVE MY WORK. I guess I am happy.
